Terms of Service

All work conducted through Moon Maker Studios is subject to these Terms of Service.

Payment:

Payment must be conducted through either Paypal or Zelle.
To prevent unnecessary refunds, I will not accept payment without permission of the authorized cardholder.

Down Payment:

All commissions are subject to a minimum 50% down payment before work may be started.
The commission must be paid for in full before the completed piece is released to you, the client.
Partial or Full refunds may be given on a case by case basis.

Material and Asset Fees:

Commissions which require either materials or specific digital assets-- such as 3D textures, traditional pieces, or physical items, are liable to be subject to an additional, non-refundable fee, which must be paid for upfront before work has begun. This fee may be either a small 5-15% subset of the material/asset cost, or the full cost of the material/asset, depending on the commission. This ensures that all supply and licensing costs are paid in advanced before work has begun.

Shipping:

For physical commissions, payment for the shipping of your item will be requested after work is completed. Shipping is not factored into the initial cost and must be paid in full by the commissioner before the item is shipped. Insurance, tracking, overseas costs, and expedited delivery for the item may be factored into the final shipping price.

Premade Bases or Templates:

Commissions which use outside work, such as base fills and 3D retextures, are subject to the Terms and Conditions of their original creator. Typically, this means that the commissioner and the commissionee must have each seperately purchased the original artpiece.
When necessary, compliance for these additional Terms and Conditions must be verified before work can begin.

Reworks:

All commissions are allowed 3 reworks before the completed work has been sent to you. Certain types of commissions may have an extended re-work period. Please see the Terms of Service for your commission for more details.

Refunds:

Refunds will be given on a case by case basis. If an item is in need of a rework or repair, please contact me to see what I am able to offer.
If you are dissatisfied with my work, I would prefer to fix your piece or offer a partial refund.
Please be aware that material/asset fees are generally non-refundable.

Clients who refund without prior discussion are subject to be blacklisted from conducting further business with me.

Use of Content:

I do not allow my art to be used to train AI. I reserve the right to refuse service for the following reasons: Hate speech, transphobia, homophobia, ill-intent, breaking another company's TOS, crashing other people's games, humanitarianism, or a breach of my morals.

My work is not to be used against these wishes, and I maintain my right to sue for mismanaged use of my work.
